This isn’t a polished spiritual guide.
It’s not a list of hacks for enlightenment or a set of rules to fix your life.
This is a notebook. A map in progress. A place where I document what it means to walk through the fog and find moments of clarity.

I started Notes on Becoming because I realized I’ve been shedding layers for years—old beliefs, personas, relationships, illusions. But what comes after the shedding? Who are we when there’s nothing left to prove?

I don’t claim to have answers.
I’ve sat through anxiety attacks, spiritual highs, and nights where nothing made sense. I’ve tried it all—meditations, teachings, plant medicine, long hikes, heartbreaks, overthinking. And somewhere in all of that, I started to hear something quieter than the noise. Something real.

Maybe you’re in a place like that.
Maybe you’re tired of filters, false certainty, and people pretending they’ve figured it all out.
Then maybe this space is for you too.

This is not a guide for becoming someone else.

It’s a journal of becoming yourself.
